The Intern | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Grace Manger Bitch Media There seemed to be a lot of value placed on male approval, something Jules spent the entire film searching for, and ultimately finding in her intern. Feb 9, 2021 Full Review The Intern | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Megan Garber The Atlantic There's something powerful in that, in the simple fact that The Intern is so sympathetic to its older character-so resolutely on the side of a person who might, in other contexts, be dismissed or ignored or, as is so often the case, invisible. Jul 22, 2016 Full Review The Intern | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Max Weiss Baltimore Magazine It's the kind of compulsively watchable film you'll be helpless to resist when it shows up on cable TV. Rated: 2.5/4 Jun 12, 2016 Full Review The Intern | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review Meyers concocts a few madcap comedy situations to break up the otherwise low-key tone. Tyler M This movie wasted two hours of my life. The female lead runs a successful company only to let her feminine husband cheat on her and she immediately forgives him. The writers should've given her some self-respect because clearly she didn't have any for herself. Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/19/24 Full Review Vishnu M A heartwarming film for sure. Great acting of Rober De Niro and Anna Hethaway,Light, there chemistry ewas one of the postive thing of the movie, this movie shows the value in people and how the senior citizen can look into younger generation people and vice versa Office culture of mixed generation and how each can learn from others.. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/29/24 Full Review Char T A heartwarming film for sure. Great acting and funny in places. The storyline is interesting and kept me watching til the end. There's something special about learning from older generations that make this film wholesome. Worth a watch. Rated 3.5/5 Stars • Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/24 Full Review Jinaan I One of the best movies I've seen in a while. Enough to get me to write my first review ever. The only 0.5 is missing because I didn't know if, bit of a spoiler here, she got buried with her best friend. Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/24 Full Review Ryan T It is a heartwarming film that illustrates the value of learning from the wisdom of older generations while also emphasizing the importance of fostering one's own innovative ideas. It champions female empowerment, showcasing Jules's journey as she navigates the pressures of her professional and personal life without seeking external approval. Ultimately, "The Intern" underscores the importance of listening to one's own voice and trusting personal instincts, making it a compelling narrative about mentorship, innovation, and self-reliance.
